Okay, going to go to beauty shop. My hair is blonde and currently almost to the middle of my back, should I: Go shoulder length? Just trim and style and let grow? Or just take a little off and style? Just looking for people's thoughts is all. LOL

shoulder length if you're willing to miss your hair for weeks, lol! I had my hair
really long and I have it shoulder length and boy did I miss my hair. Also it
depends on the whether, and why you'd have it shorter.
I used to have my hair way down my back, and just got it cut a few weeks ago...and I don't miss a thing!
without knowing anything about you, though, OP, as to what you look like/what your tastes are, I can't say how you should get it styled.
the only advice I can give you, is to ask questions, such as whether there are certain styles that would complement your other features, ETC.
Well it depends really, I like long hair but since it will start to warm up here
soon, I'd say go with the shoulder length hair
I like what a previous poster said about asking about what styles would best suit your face, and I don't know how tall you are, but if you are short, the stylest should take this into consideration as well. When I could see, I never thought extremely short girls looked good with extremely long hair. THE long hair just seemed to be too much. A good hair stylest should look at you and be able to determine what would look best for your facial structure. But since you've had it long for awhile, I wouldn't let the stylest talk you into a very short cut. That would be too drastic of a change. I would say keep it at least shoulder length, then once you get used to that length, you can go shorter in the future if you want.
I love a girl with hair about the middle of anyplace, so I'm not a good judgte.
Yes, your height, face, and such things sould be thought about, and the stylist can say.
Me, I'd just have the split ends taken off, and all trimmed up even, and my hair treated for health, so it shines, smells good and feels better.
I had mine long for a long time, cut it, and never have been able to grow it back. I miss my hair. Lol

I'd have to agree, that really short girls with to much hair don't match. Just depends I guess, because I've seen some short girls with it down to the waist, but they've got curls and such, so it isn't just straight, and that looks H O T. Some guys too, but I'll not go there. Smile.
